The event takes place at Cattedrale dell'Immagine, in Piazza di Santo Stefano, 50122 Firenze FI Italy.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last about 40 minutes.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately, on-site parking will not be available. We recommend using public transportation or opting for sustainable alternatives to enhance your experience.
Will there be additional sessions available?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional sessions for this event. Please refer to the experience page for more details and information on confirmed dates.
Will there be virtual reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
No, unfortunately, there will be no merchandise for sale.
Is there a dress code provided?
There is no dress code for this event. A casual look will do.
TICKETS
Where can I purchase tickets?
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is it necessary to print the ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App or via the barcode in your purchase confirmation email upon arrival at the venue.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account you used when you booked your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased and are based on availability at the time of the change. If you need assistance with this, please contact us and include your ticket order number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please see the T&Cs for more information.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you wish to make a reservation for a large group, please fill out the form with your preferred date of participation and the size of your group on this page.
Do you offer press passes?

ACCESSIBILITY
Should I arrive at the beginning of the session?
Please arrive at the hour indicated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible location.
What items are not allowed during the event? Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb others. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they are in possession of a prohibited item. Smoking is not allowed.
Are there companion/caregiver tickets?
Guests needing assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for the companion/person assisting them. For this event, simply show a document certifying the need for an assist upon arrival at the venue and your companion will gain free access to the event.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf/visually impaired?
Unfortunately, it was not possible to adapt this experience for people with vision and/or hearing impairments. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you check out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe lighting effects.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, the location has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just be sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found office?
We recommend that you ask the staff on site if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask for assistance on site, please contact us.
Is there a checkroom?
Unfortunately, this location does not have a checkroom.
Are there any age requirements?
There are no age requirements; all are welcome! Access with strollers is allowed. Children under the age of 5 will be admitted free of charge.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
